Local policewoman Manon Daigle is asked to assist Moncton homicide inspector Luc Doiron. Quickly, their contrasting personalities make the investigation challenging.
The crime at the Murray Manor has enormous repercussions on the village's economic engine. Owner and Tim's ex-wife, Agnès Murray, is so distraught that she stops working.
